Second post grad run - from ☹️to 🙂

Just a quick update from Sunday’s effort. In short, much better! Up and out at 5am, altered the route to be more on the flat (thank you conscience but I will tackle the steep bits in the future), no C25K podcast today but a half decent playlist sorted whilst mentally going through what I really need to get off my desk today. It worked! Run keeper worked great. 5k in 32 minutes. As ever, thanks for all the advice, encouragement and support my fellow nutters/runners on here give me. Happy running! 🏃‍♀️ 🏃‍♂️

That's brilliant and so encouraging☺ I'm hoping to do first post-grad run in the morning and will sort out a 30 min podcast as time keeper. That's such a good time - don't expect to be anything near that, but something to aim for.

Thanks so much, I avoided the inclines on my usual nature trail route and just stuck to the main road for the most part which was flat but not as scenic. You can’t have it all! Good luck tomorrow x
