It’s been a whole week since my last run, so I was really worried about jogging today. The husband & son both do Autograss racing, so this week we were camping at a race meet in Stratford Upon Avon, I took my running togs but sadly didn’t get out for a run!
Anyhow, today’s run!! I was nervous, but thrilled that I managed to run for 33 minutes! I covered 4.5km
Next run..... graduation!!! Wooohoooo

I was really worried after having 6 days off I wouldn’t be able to complete it - but today’s run felt great..... And while we were away I really missed jogging!!! Never thought I’d ever say that!!!
