Well done! I completed my 1st run yesterday. It's hard, but I really enjoyed it! Doing week one run 2 tomorrow morning, if my thighs ever stop hurting!
I’m loving it! I’m on W2R2 and although it’s early days I know I’ll complete the journey. I was a total non-runner before thinking I should do more than yoga and dog walk, especially now I’m in my mid-50’s.
I’m a convert! I can’t wait to get out there for my next run, and it’s true - there is a runner’s buzz!

Well done, I’m ready to start week 9 and would never have thought it possible ! I’m 55 and haven’t ran since I stopped playing football in the mid 90’s! I’m proud of myself for doing it but all my partner says is “You’ll have an heart attack at your age” thanks for the vote of confidence Tracy ! 😂👍
