So this morning I completed Run 2 of Week 5. I can’t quite believe that I ran for 8 minutes, twice! The second run felt so comfortable I could’ve run on but I listened to Laura. Feeling proud 😊..

Good job! I’m at the same point as you and also sort-of enjoyed the run. Or maybe I’m kidding myself and I enjoyed it after I’d finished! We’ve come a long way to run 8 minutes without stopping, this programme seems to work! Good luck with your next run.
Yay! Well done to you too! We have come a long way. I struggled with running for 60 seconds in the first week lol and now look! Running for 20 minutes next? No sweat lol 😂😂. Good luck!
I run with my 10yr old daughter which is great as we encourage each other. However, this week she’s decided it’s too hard and wants to stop. She’s done W5R1 twice with no problem, but the sudden longer times make her think she can’t do it. It’s purely psychological and I know she can, but am not going to make her and put her off running... I may be continuing alone for a while, so will have to get my encouragement from this great group.
