Very pleased with that run, breathing ok legs not bad, but did I have another 12 minutes in my legs? after the first 8min ? because thats what I have to find on R3

No, you just have to find another 4 minutes in your legs after the second 8 min, but the good news is you don't have to do the extra walk in the middle.

Youre ready Patrick, just keep doing what youve been doing so far . Just a gentle jog , one foot before the other and keep going . Slow and steady.
I must be honest with you, the thought of this run gave me a couple of sleepless nights . I thought it must be a mistake, 20 minutes of runnning ????
You are going to feel so proud of yourself when you have completed this one. Its definitely a major milestone in the programme , a real turning point .
