No, you just have to find another 4 minutes in your legs after the second 8 min, but the good news is you don't have to do the extra walk in the middle.

I must be honest with you, the thought of this run gave me a couple of sleepless nights . I thought it must be a mistake, 20 minutes of runnning ????
