I didn’t want to run today everyone annoyed me this morning, I wasn’t feeling it at all and I’m hormonal 😬I made myself go and it was great!! I’m amazed I could actually run for 2x 8 minutes and I got my breathing right- 1st time ever! At the end I did not feel about to collapse! Perhaps I’ll run in a big fat mood more often! Hope your all having a good day xx

I did that run last night and ditto - very hormonal this week grrr! Think it helped though, the runs certainly brought a smile to my face 😀
