Hell! Without a doubt the hardest one. Had such a low mid run. Heavy legs and just very little energy. But pushed through it and finished it. 4.56 km so doubt I will hit the 5k on my last run but that’s OK. My main goal is to finish the program and look back and see how much I have achieved over the last 9 weeks... Can’t wait to see how I will feel. Saturday is the day!!!! Probably a 6.00 AM wake up call given the temperatures they are announcing 😬 But if successful, definitely bubbles in the evening 🍾

Excellent, just the one to go !
I was out at 6:15 for my Graduation run yesterday .
You then have more day left to enjoy the success 😁
Well done.
Heavy legs can be symptomatic of poor hydration. As a runner you need to drink a minimum of 2.5 -3 litres of fluid each and every day, running or not, as mentioned in the guide.
Well done!!! 👍 Heavy legs need water so do drink plenty on your rest day tomorrow! You’re also so very close to the 5K! If you’ve got any gas left in the tank at the end of W9R3 (and if you haven’t hit the 5K already!) then push on for a few more minutes so you can feel doubly amazing 😉 I know the excitement of graduating will fuel ⛽️ you on! You’ve got this!!!
Yes great running and good luck on your graduation run. You've got this..👍😂😀
