Day 1 was done in the pouring rain on Wednesday with the gym's running group - it was, er, um, Character Forming.
Despite that, I enjoyed this week's group, having told them not to wait for me and I just bumbled around at my speed, knowing the others weren't freezing to death waiting. (it also reduced my time doing the post-run training laps - phew)
This morning, I tackled W9R2 on my own on my favourite route, it felt a bit harder for some reason (I may be a bit tired, it has been a busy week), but I did it and I can hardly believe I just have one more run and I will have finished the C25K programme!

You're very brave running in a group already, I admire your tactics for dodging the training laps, ha ha. Have a good rest so you can relax and enjoy your graduation run, you only get to graduate once and everyone remembers it, in much the same way as we all remember W5R3.
Then, many of us in the UK on this forum, have that accolade also!
I got initiated also, on one of my runs...by a white van man who tried, quite literally to drown me! ( My post of several months back, Soggy but unbowed! ) So I think that counts as double character forming
