Week 6

Well I’ve achieved running for 25 minutes. I really wasn’t feeling it this morning but once I started my motivation began to return!

My concern is am going on holiday in less than two weeks and am debating on whether to carry on running whilst we are away. I am worried that after building up to this point and then leaving it for a little over a week that all my hard work will have gone to waste! We are going to Gran Canaria so it is going to be quite hot.

Should I take my running kit or have a rest, that is the question!

This is my run later today. Slightly nervous. Take the running kit, early morning runs and enjoy the scenery!

I'm thinking the same. I like the idea of running on holiday... but just think I will be too hot, and doubt I'll get up early!! so I may have time off and repeat a few if needed. Good luck what ever you decide
