Well done!!!! I am due to do the 20 mins a day before my birthday hahaha (help!) I am only on week two so I am sort of guessing but I imagine it's easier to find a rhythm and stick to it as opposed to stopping and starting. KEEP GOING! ALMOST THERE xx

I get that one but i am v naughty and need to see a visual improvement for my benefit. I realise that i will need to slow. I didnt realise how competitive with myself i could be. Is thst good or badπ€
Yeah I can understand that seeing any improvement no matter how small really helps and gives you a confidence boost.
Iβve run in the past and know Iβm definitely slower than I used to be so am not looking forward to timing my runs because I know Iβll be disappointed. Maybe in a few weeks!
