Well graduated tonight guys but didn’t finish on a high - was determined to do my wk9 run3 even though I knew I wasn’t feeling my best & had tummy problems last couple of days, I struggled badly & limped home making it just past 3k in the 30 mins .
So I’ve decided to make Sunday’s run2 my graduation day instead when I felt on top of the world & completed 5k in 34 mins- learned a lesson though won’t be running again when not well - definitely not worth it feel as though I’ve injured myself as well as technique was all off due to tiredness..,
