Well I’ve just completed my early morning w9r3 graduation run in beautiful sunshine. It’s my second time graduating - I completed the plan last November but then found the early mornings too dark and icey so did nothing more until I ate far too much chocolate at Easter and restarted from week 1. I didn’t find it physically any easier second time round, but mentally it was a lot easier as I had more faith in the plan (and me) and I’ve really enjoyed my runs (esp the feeling you get when you finish!!). I’ve never really concentrated on pace or distance, just followed what Laura was telling me to do, but I tracked my run today and I managed to run 5km in 30 mins 13 seconds!! So pleased! I really do plan to continue my 3 weekly runs this time, and if the weather puts me off I’ll head to the gym to run indoors. I’m looking into having a go at a park run in a few weeks tine.
