Woo hoo!
I’ve done it!
62 and never run before discovering this life changing app?
Not the fastest - just below 4K but ran for 30 mins. Now I will focus more on distance and pace
This forum is amazingly supportive.
Looking forward to a celebratory picnic lunch with my incredulous family.
Thank you all for your support and morale boosting posts.
And all the very best to those still on the programme, If I can complete it any one can.

You are too Kind AlMorr!
Maybe once I can do 5km in 30 mins I should change my name ? to Hare in Trainers 😂 but ‘slow and steady’ has helped me get through this programme, still can’t believe I have actually graduated.
Enjoy your day

I have enjoyed my day, just come back from my first 30 minutes W9Day 1 run, according to my app I ran for 30 minutes and 4 seconds at a 07.13/km pace which is an improvement of the 08.44/km pace when I ran for 25 minutes of week 7 day 3
