Just back home after first run. By the 5th running bit was feeling bit tired but kept plodding along and am now polishing my halo!

Welcome and well done.

On my first run I made the mistake of running a route with hills. I won’t do that again. Run 3 was my most difficult but I’ve enjoyed every run since then.

Yay well done!

The hardest bit is definitely doing that first run and getting through the first week.

It takes 12 weeks to make or break a habit. Get through the program and you’re nearly there.

It will got easier. Good luck x

Well done, you got out there and you did it. The key to success is keeping going but slow and steady.This programme really works, so just follow it and post here regularly for encouragement, support and advice. The people in this forum are just wonderful.
