Well done you X

It does feel daunting - I don't tend to look at the runs coming up now - I just do them X

Good luck and you can do it !

I have to admit I made the mistake of looking just at week 3 and thinking there is no way I will do that! But here I am at week 3 doing it and loving it ! Trust the programme and take it real slow

Don’t worry about upcoming runs. The c25k fairies and their magic dust will help you through. I don’t believe in anything spiritual or anything like that but something weird has got me to week 9 😄

Well done! You’ve taken the first step so it’s just a case of taking one run at a time now. You’ll be absolutely fine, just trust in the fact that it’s worked for so many people. Happy running 😊

Thankyou to everyone for all encouragementioned.

I've just finished W1R2. It wasn't any easier than the first run, but was great having some idea what to expect before I set off. R1 is hard because it's a complete unknown.

I'm not worried about the latter weeks, I'm just focusing on one run at a time, making sure I find the motivation to go out rather than thinking "I'll do it tomorrow".

I trust things will get a little easier week by week so by the time W9 comes around I'll be well prepared.

Good luck.
