Completed W1R1. Yay !!

I completed the whole 9 weeks last year so I know I can do it again. I struggle to run in the week when I’m working so end up running at 5.30 am. 🙁. How do you all fit your runs in mid week ?

Welcome back.

I wondered how it would all fit in but it just required a bit of reprioritisation................. running soon moves up your list.

The guide to the plan healthunlocked.com/couchto5... is essential reading.

Enjoy your journey.

I run early morning midweek, at around 6:15am. I prefer it to the evening to be honest - fewer people about and there is a fresh “newness” to the air.

Well done on completing week 1! Again!

Thanks Sadie. I don’t like running after a day at work so I’ll just have to get up earlier on a couple of days. It’s nice to have it done for the day !

I would never get out there if I left it until evening! Once you get into the swing of early morning runs, you start to love it. 💕 Just make sure you get to bed a bit earlier the night before and you’ll be fine! x
