Can't believe I did it. Twenty five minutes!! I found that the last 5 mins was the easiest. I also found that last week with the 20 mins. Anyone else find this? 😁

I find the last bit easiest but also the most dangerous because I overdo it. Have learnt be to strict at stopping when Laura tells me. I have the same tendency when swimming, I feel I can power on for ever and then I can barely haul myself out of the water and can’t move for the rest of the day 🤣 Very odd, you’d think the last bit would be the hardest.

Yes, I do tend to 'settle in' after the first 5 or 6 minutes with those longer runs, I also test myself in the last minute of running by going quicker just to make sure everything is OK, might try running a bit faster overall once I graduate, must be careful not to injure myself.

I’ve just done my 20 min run this morning and I too have found I pace better the further into I get. Takes me a good 5/8 mins running before I’ve got it all under control.

I find the first 10 minutes hard, then the lungs and muscles seem to be talking nicely and not arguing, then it seems the lungs give the muscles the oxygen they need and Bob's your uncle, away we go, still slow but still go. Good luck with it all.
