Hmmmm....Not sure what happened today but when Jo said ‘Great you’ve done 20 minutes’ instead, for some reason, my brain heard ‘ok five minutes left’ Five 😳?? I think the early mornings might be getting to me! Jo’s message seeped through about 30 seconds later. 😂Ugh! But kept going, and told myself this is just mind over matter. I so wanted to get this done as unable to jog over the weekend and just scraped 5k - yay. Continually amazed at my achievements. All being well graduation will be some time next week. Happy running 🏃♀️ 🏃♂️
