10 years saying "tomorrow I start running"

Hi all, i downloaded the app yesterday and actually went today for my first run after 10 years saying "tomorrow I'll start!" ... It was actually easy with the help of the app and I'm so excited now!

I came home today very sad and depressed, it's not an easy time for me and I started taking the pill a few months ago.. ( non sure if this depression feeling is because of that? ) I'm a freelance illustrator so I spend

very much time at the desk and not having a precise routine and not being active is making me feel very tired and sleepy and all day.

I felt so much better after this run, I cannot wait for the next!

Very nice to "virtually"meet you all!!!

💪💪😁

Hi Simona, I started tonight as well and thoroughly enjoying the first run. I sadly have become lazy due to have a desk job for three years :) I hope you get on really well through the next couple of weeks

Well done! The only regret you’ll have, like me, is that you didn’t start earlier 😂

First run is the hardest. Once you have done one and seen what it's like the rest will just follow naturally. Keep us updated 😀
