Week 6 run 1 and I'm getting a bum!!! Never had 1 before its always been flat as a pancake but Kim Kardashians twin bum seems to be taking shape! Anyone else got one? 😆

well, I suppose running is a sort of exercise that will 'get you into shape' remember you must also have a healthy diet as well, no point in running and still eating junk food in a regular basis.

Oh gosh, i hope so!!! I am also of the “no bum” variety and im praying that for the first time ever i might gain some buttocks 😂😂
My friend passed me in her car the other day when i was out for a run and my first question was, “did my bum look good from behind?” 😂😂

Amazing!!! It’s great you have the self-awareness to notice how your body is adapting to running yay for butts! Aren’t they great!!! From the research I’ve done it sounds like you’re doing it just right, as a nice hip extension means more glute power is being recruited- and you get more butt! Awesome! 👏
thanks for that. It is always the butt that aches after the runs and I did wonder why that was. Good to know I'm doing something right👍
