Morning run and changing shape

First ever pre-breakfast run and it felt good. I didn't faint or collapse and enjoyed the feeling of self righteousness when I got home to find my other half just rolling out of bed.

I went to a keep fit class at lunchtime and someone asked me if I was a runner because I had 'good legs' ๐Ÿ˜Š. No one would have said that to me two months ago! I tried not to feel like a fraud when I said yes.

One run to go.

You are a RUNNER and someone noticed just by looking at your legs. You should be so proud . Enjoy the rest of your weekend ๐Ÿ˜Š๐Ÿ˜Š

Thank you. I certainly will after that! It's amazing how one encouraging comment can keep you going. (Or perhaps I'm just needy ๐Ÿ˜‰).

Enjoy your weekend too.

Thank you. Although my idea of early is 7.30, not 5am, like some people here โ˜บ.

Going to a keep fit class and running with C25K will certainly tone up your legs, nice that someone told you that you had "good legs" excellent, you should be very proud of yourself, the only thing people have said to me as a guy about my body is that I have not got a beer potty belly, I can stand straight up and look down without leaning over and see my feet, not sure about my legs๐Ÿ˜‚

I also swim and play badminton, so a proper girly swat ๐Ÿ˜‰.

Not having a beer belly is definitely something to be proud of ๐Ÿ‘

Just a second, you went out for a run, someone asked you if you were a runner from your legs and you felt like a fraud? Why? You went out pre-breakfast and had a run, I'm sorry but in this case 2+2 does equal 4.

When people find out I run I usually get the 'You run?' comment, I'm 21.5 stone and it seems to come as a shock to people that I run, I don't run fast but I manage to get the job done.

I know, it's a question of identity, isn't it. I should be out and proud
