I've done it!!!

Completed W9R3 just now, I'm a graduate!!! Not 5K but hey who cares, at 69 I'm just proud of myself to be able to run for 30 non stop! It's a beautiful morning and my usual run around a lake was amazing, I saw a family of Canada geese with 4 chicks, a swan family with six and a duck family with 9!! Unfortunately I couldn't stop to take photos. 😬

Thanks, it's a great feeling. You'll soon find out! I found W9 a bit of a struggle but was determined to finish. I am feeling so much fitter and I've lost a bit of excess weight, so I'm definitely going to carry on running.

Keep going AlMorr it's so worth it!

Wonderful feeling isn't it!! Well done!!! Keep up the running, I'm using the podcasts with Laura. There are three, one is C25K+ 😞Stepping stones, another is 'Speed' and the third is 'Stamina'. All designed to progress you on to longer runs! I'm loving them!

Congratulations fellow graduate, feels wonderful eh? The administrators say that 90% of graduates haven’t reached 5kms by week 9 but how amazing are you to be able to run for 30 minutes! I graduated in April and after several weeks of the recommended consolidation runs can now run 5kms. You will too. 👏🏻
