It's strange for me to be starting a week on a Saturday as I normally do run 3 on a Saturday. Due to work and illness week 7 took 1.5 weeks and that's me only just starting week 8.
I didn't want to push too hard on this run as I didn't feel back up to full strength after having a sickness bug during the week. I started of slow and steady this morning and the run while being tiring never felt overwhelming. I felt like I was in the zone and at the 28 mins flew by way faster than last weeks 25 min runs.
I got home tired but really happy. More runs like that please 😁🏃♀️
