Started with trepidation. Today I was carrying a change of clothes with me as I ran to work. Didn’t drink enough yesterday and went for a slow seven mile walk, it was my rest day after all and walking is okay right?!
I ran slow and decided not to try and go quicker when Jo suggested it half way through as I was doing good and had a long way to go. When she suggested it with five mins left I figure why not I can always slow down again. I was surprised when she said you’ve done it.
What should have been a really uncomfortable run was chilled and actually quicker than usual even with my backpack and perceived slow pace. Still slow but quicker from 🐌 to 🐢
It’s really lovely when it all comes together.

Well done! You’re doing great 👍, I walk everyday on my none run days. My dog used to love the running in the early weeks but now I think it would be a bit too much for him now, so walking it is 😄
Not at all jealous 😊 I prefer labradors but my husband wants a fluffy dog so we compromised with retriever as they have good temperaments and are active.
Excellent effort. Well done 👍. I'd love to run with my dog but I think my pace would hold him back. Plus he's nose driven so I think he would stop too often or chase the wildlife! Squirrels and deer are a face🥴
