Up for my run - first run in the rain. Had a banana and a brew. Kind of find it harder running on a morning than an evening, maybe it’s psychological because I’ve not really had a meal and running on empty apart from the banana. Well here goes ........ :-)

I have proper porridge oats. With agave or honey and maybe some berries and or almond butter

It takes an hours to 90 mins to go down and then off I go 😃

For short distances you’ll be ok on just a banana and a cuppa

I had my porridge earlier. It’s tipping it down, and has been for the past hour, but I have to get out and run. Going to have a fresh espresso i think 🙂💪

Well I did it, very close out so the drizzle didn’t feel too bad - roll on w5 r3 lol - will try the porridge and the honey sounds yummy :-)
