Just starting week 2 day 1 tomorrow, getting horrendous pain in the tendon at bottom of my feet, any tips? Shoes?

Can it be plantar fascitis?
Have rest.
If it doesn't recover soon, see a physiotherapist.
I suggest you do not run until this is looked at or you recover.

Have you sorted this pain? How are you getting on?
Pain is still there in parts, sometimes it moves to my ankles/lower calves, I'll stick with it x

Hope you are still managing to run? I suffer from tendon issues too and find that tea towel and ice pack held to the sore area for 20 minutes repeated a couple of time helps a lot. Also just running a little slower. Still running after a year from graduating!
Hya, yeah I'm currently on week 4,run 3, got my feet and gait analysis done, new trainers, I'm still having foot pain but not as bad, I'll plough thru it, cheers for the comments
