I finished my week 1 run yesterday and I was supposed to be a day rest before the next run but I was so scared to wait too long (I thought a day rest is long🤣) and I just completed first run of week 2 with no problem am so happy and I thought I should share my happiness😊😊😊😊

When you run you create micro tears in your muscles which repair and strengthen on your rest days, not while running. No rest, no repair, no strengthening, increased injury risk.
Do other non impact exercise on your rest day or you are just rushing to the injury couch.
I do understand but I was scared that I won't wake up tomorrow for a run....I ll find an excuse not to. I ll take a day or so to rest before my next run thank you for your advice
Maximum points for enthusiasm, but if you are new to running you really do need to take your rest days.
I am laid off from running at present with a minor knee injury.........it is not a place any runner wants to be.
I don't think you will find excuses not to......I detect the signs of addiction already.

Never ever miss a rest day... as IannodaTruffe says...you simply have to take the day of rest... do other exercise but do NOT run...
The only place you will get to, otherwise is the injury couch
