After a horrible last run of w3 where shin/calves ached for a day, was dreading today. Left run deliberately til it was cooler. First 5 mins felt easier than the 3...but by the end of the last 5 breathing was an automated gasp, i was probably moving slower than a walk and i thanked Sarah aloud when she told me i could walk home now. Back to normal nie and feel great for doing it :)

Hurrah! Did the second one just now, and for the first time felt and improvement rather than the run 2 dip i was expecting. Keep going, we've got this.

Fantastic! Will be doing run 2 very early tomorrow, before heading off for a few days away with a chum. Running kit will be packed! We’ve got this, for sure!

Well done. I did run 1 w5 tonight, which for the first time ever felt easier than the preceeding run. Still had a tiny of bit of gas left in the tank after the first 2 5min runs...but by the end of the third was my usual sweaty, gasping, thankful mess! And i managed slight hills rather than running round trees on the flat to avoid them when tired!
