having graduated from the programme last Friday I haven't had chance to run this week due to the school holidays. I was wondering how many people completed a graduation 5k park run soon after finishing the programme?

Nope! I am doing 3.8 -4K in 30 mins and am still struggling up the hill at the start of my run that will be the finish hill if I do Park run. I want another month of consolidation before I do it, I had to stop yesterday after 5 minutes and walk so I want to build myself up a bit more. I will also have to rearrange my running days from Sunday, Wednesday and Friday to Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday, which I can’t do yet, or miss a run 🙀

Good Luck for your’s though!
