I turned 60 in May this year and after loosing 2.5 Stone the previous year decided to try the couch to 5K programme. Well 8 weeks later I have just completed my graduation run and my first 5K ParkRun in a time of 31:39 minutes. Feeling a great sense of achievement so for anyone else on the programme just keep it going. The benefits far outweigh the effort π
