Well, it's finally arrived, tomorrow evening I will be stepping out of the house to do my graduation run. Over the last couple of months I have managed to stick to the programme and amaze myself in what I can achieve. I wasn't unfit, far from it, I've been a keen cyclist and hill walker for a number of years, but I've NEVER been able to run. I've tried on a few occasions but always given up due to the discomfort and pain, and resigned myself to the fact that 'running is not for me' this programme has certainly changed my opinion and I'm now proud to state that 'Running is definitely for me'

Enjoy your run. Look forward to hearing how it went

The amount of people (myself included) who were staunch 'running's not for me 'ites' before c25k is testament to the power of the programme. I love how it changes our minds as well as our abilities. Good luck for tomorrow evening. (the bubbly's on ice)

good luck!
Well done, I feel the same despite cycling to and from work I couldn't run for a bus. Now doing 5K regularly and working up to 6K. I feel great . One of the best things I've ever done this C25K.
Best of luck be thinking of you tomorrow
