Week 8 complete!!!

Lovely run this morning. Although still a tad windy . I read a post the other day about how friendly people are when you are running, and I totally agree.

I've been on a slightly different route today because I thought it was to windy for a promenade run .

So I have seen quite a few people out and about for different reasons. Even the guy taking beer barrels in to the pub stopped to let me run past him , and he said morning as I went on my way.

Even the little guy in the picture made a noise to let me know he was there
