I started couch to 5k last year, at the age of 50 having done no exercise for probably 30 years, then picked up an injury so stopped : have started again and have just completed week 4 & it went rather smoothly with no injury so roll on week 5 - I will complete it

Easier without a doubt : I don't worry about what's about to come on my next run & also I don't panic if I don't complete a run, we all have bad days, challenge it next time,.
