I am 70 years of age and completed the C25K two years ago before I was diagnosed with cancer. Had almost two years of surgery and treatment and now I have started from the beginning again this morning at W2R1 and felt good. So my plan is to go through the whole process again.

Congratulations on starting C25K with run 1 of week 2, glad you enjoyed your run, onwards and upwards to run 2 of week 2, there are many runners, including myself who started C25K +70 years of age.
