I would just like to thank everyone for the advice and encouragement means a lot to me personally . In fact I’m looking forward to wk1 step 2 . Is it best to leave 1 or 2 dats between each step .

One is fine and always take at least one. Sometimes you might need more than one. It's always better to avoid injury by getting proper recovery between runs.

You won't be short of advice on here believe me! I found one day in between runs on the shorter runs was fine. Now the runs are getting longer I find 2 days or more better. That's just me though. You will find your own pattern that works for you. Always make sure you have at least one day though.

I fit 3 runs a week in. 2 one day breaks and one two day. I like set days to run. Keeps me on track and motivated 👌🏽
