Never been much of a runner and approaching 49! Think last time I ran was playing 5 a side about 18 years ago... and was'nt very far. Sit at a desk all week so not much movement! Need to get active and aim is to do Santa Fun Run in December (has been my plan for the last few years but needed that push). Committed to gym for next 3 months, so aim is to get value for money. Hope this programme works.

Welcome. Oh yes this programme works. You'll be running for 30 minutes before you know it!

Have you done the first run yet? Good luck , I’m 50 and love the programme! Am on week 6. I used to look at people running with pity! Now I look and think I want to run too!

I just clicked through 49 and started this a few weeks back. Can vouch for it so far - challenging enough without being daunting. Good luck

It really does work. 5 weeks ago I struggled to run 60 seconds and now I can run for 20 minutes! You can do it. 😊 x

So still on the program. Just done W4R1.. can’t believe ran for 5 mins without stopping (actually a little longer as app stopped!). Really glad I’m pushing through. I’m not going to break any speed records but really happy with my progress.

Ps. Any tips for a blister?

It works👍🏻 if me a almost 58 year old women can do it 🤔 ok well I have got to week 7 that’s 25min of running , (feels great)

This program challenges your mind and body , it builds your body(well sort of ) you need to get your mind in the right place if you do that and you will crack this program no problem ,

Not what you're looking for?
