Don’t forget that Laura has actually done the programme herself, so she does know... you can do it! And before you know it you’ll be acing 30minutes runs all over the place. 😀
You’ve already proved to yourself that you can do W7 as it’s just 3 the same as W6R3. W8 is only 90 seconds more in each half of the run. Then W9 is only another 60 seconds each half.
Just continue to take it slow and you will smash it!
