Knocked out run 3 of week 6!

25 minutes of "running", but just trundled on. Aint nothing going to stop me now. Other than weeks 7,8 9....

I think Sallenson is also doing it tomorrow. What does Laura Know. Just don't forget the jelly babies, and keep it slow and steady. before you know it the bell's going and you are on your way home.

I'm only doing R2 tomorrow. You guys are gonna lap me at this rate..... :-) R3 on Wednesday and then maybe W7 starts on Friday....

Sorry Stephen, I thought you were on W6R3 tomorrow, anyway all the best for your run, so it's me and Couch2couch who are running 25 minutes tomorrow, I will keep it slow and steady but I won't be having any jelly babies after the run.

Don’t forget that Laura has actually done the programme herself, so she does know... you can do it! And before you know it you’ll be acing 30minutes runs all over the place. 😀

You’ve already proved to yourself that you can do W7 as it’s just 3 the same as W6R3. W8 is only 90 seconds more in each half of the run. Then W9 is only another 60 seconds each half.

Just continue to take it slow and you will smash it!

That's incredibly comforting. Never thought of it like that or hadn't examined the numbers. Thinking in seconds helps too. Cheers tiger - and you have a good week too :-)
