So I've just completed my 3rd 1st week run and it's the first one I've done without stopping and starting. I know it doesn't sound much to some but I'm proud of myself and I'm definitely determined to continue :)

Yeh I mean actually stopping walking/running during times when supposed to be running/jogging

Don't worry! 🙂 You will be all right. Just go nice and slowly and enjoy yourself.

I was simultaneously thrilled to bits when I did it and terrified at the increase in week 2. :)

Remember - slow and steady is how we get to graduation and beyond and fuggedaboud 5k and 9 weeks - darn few do it at that rate :)
