Well done! I'm just a week ahead of you and am actually enjoying the fact that there are only 4 runs to contend with at each session. Even though they are longer runs I feel it makes it seem shorter than when we were doing 8 x 60 seconds.
Keep at it! You're doing so well to keep motivated in this heat!
It's great how quickly the stamina builds up!
Ty it is I didnβt think I would take to it, but itβs great learning gradually, all my friends are with a running club on our estate, Iβve been a couple of times but they are too experienced for me, so hence the reason Iβm doin this lol im going to blow them off the road lol π

Well done! I just finished my week 3 and you're right, the fewer runs do feel better than loads of little ones. It is so nice feeling your fitness and stamina building isn't it! At the beginning of the week I really didn't think I'd be able to run for 3 minutes and now I can!! Wahoo, go us!! X
I agree. Never thought Iβd even run for a minute and have done the first run of week 4 now which has 2 x 5 min runs as well as 2 x 3 min runs. Finding myself wanting to run but also a bit scared of the next stage in case I canβt do it. But telling myself just to take it steady and even if I just kept going at the level Iβm at now, at least itβs not still βcouchβ!
