I'm on week 2 but decided to do a parkrun for fun. Finnished my first 5k in 32 minutes. The environment was fantastic, I recommend to everyone to register at parkrun.

Why are you doing couch to 5k if you can do a 5k in 32 minutes?

I just went to try never thought that I could do it. But the people around kind of drag you along. When I started 2 weeks ago I wven had difficulty breathing, I'm very unfit. Need to lose 30kg.

But that’s a superb time! I’ve been training for 5 weeks since graduation, going 10ks and I only got down to 32 minute ParkRun today!

Thanks. I just want to get fit and lose weight. Don't really care about times, but is an extra motivation to see if we can beat the previous time.

I’m not sure doing c25k will benefit you. You can already do week 9!

It was a starting point to make me move. And all the information and tips from c25k educated me a lot.
