Hi everyone. Wanted to say thank you to everyone for their help and motivation. Those who posted to me personally and those who's posts inspired me. I've been a Parkrun member since 2010 but never ran one. Yesterday, after graduating from the C25K, I completed Parkrun in 33'06". It was a fabulous feeling. Thanks and if anyone is unsure about carrying on. Please continue you can and will succeed.

I've put this off for years. There were all levels participating. Slow, walking, jogging with pushchairs. All types of shapes and fitness levels. Everyone friendly and understanding. Wish I'd done it years ago. Go for it and enjoy.
