Am into w3, haven't run for nearly two years owing to medial ligament tear and felt somewhat out of condition. I am now looking forward to my runs and did w3r1 with ease. Complete contrast to how I felt in w1!

Ive just done week 3 run 1 and genuinely CANNOT believe I managed 3 minutes. I really didnt think Id do it when I saw the list but I gave it a go. Everyone needs to have this app!!
Yep it works, I’ve learned, if you remember two things: don’t run fast and get proper running shoes. I’m also on week 3, run1 was challenging but I was never close to stopping; run 2 I really found it easy as you found run 1. Week 4 looks like a big step up but Im learning to trust the programme, mainly due to reading so many comments here of people who were also concerned ahead of time and found it OK when it was time to actually do it.
