Hi,
I completed couch to 5K just over a month ago, I have now joined a 5 to 10k running group and last night with the group covered 7K!
At the beginning of the year I couldn’t even run for a minute without being out of breath and almost keeping over! Last night I kept my breathing under control and it felt amazing!
Advice to anyone doing the plan - keep going! You’re doing amazing and it will get easier trust me
