I was so unfit (aged 40) that I am not exaggerating that I was worried about the increase to 3 minutes running! Now I can run 30 without stopping. The last 5 minutes was a struggle and I only did 4.3k but I did it! First parkrun tomorrow- a tad nervous to run the whole 5k but I’ve noticed in the last 3 weeks I’ve gone from 12mins 40 seconds a mile to 10 minutes 30- if Soneone as allergic to excercise as me can do it- anyone can!!

Congratulations and very well done to you for your great achievement. Enjoy Parkrun tomorrow morning. You’ll love it. Bring your barcode and don’t run off too fast. You’ll have no problem completing it as you will be pulled along by other runners and volunteers who will cheer you on.

Blooming well done, Windle40 - congratulations 🎊 🥂 🥉 on graduating C25K! And no more "only" about running 4.3km,that's more than I have managed so far! Enjoy Parkrun - I am doing my first one tomorrow too!
Good luck for tomorrow!!
Thanks, I feel a bit nervous about it, even though I know that is silly! It's at Bedgebury Pinetum which is beautiful but rather hilly!
Many congratulations on your graduation fellow runner.
