Seriously guys this works!!!

So context...I’m 64 never run before with a chronic lung condition. Decided in April to go down fighting and not be a health victim so started Couch to 5k. Long story short after several breaks today I did run 3 wk 8 and for the first time I felt brilliant! Even ran faster for last 5 mins so looking forward to graduation week 9 I post this not to boast but to encourage. Seriously if I can do it anyone can. Thank you Couch to 5k you literally have saved my life or at least extended it 😊
