Pleased with my run tonight overall. Managed all the elements apart from having to walk about ten steps up a short steep incline in the final five minute run. It was a lot better emotionally than W3r1 but my left leg really hurt from top to bottom (literally) from the end of the second 3 min run. Need to make my left side a lot stronger quicker
