Wk9r1 I jumped up and down...I ran 30 mins non stop

Was so happy this morning, felt quite emotional, never thought I could run 30 mins.....have now registered for my first parkrun this Saturday for my graduation run.....it’s taken me longer than the nine weeks, but not too many more, but I am finally going to complete the programme.....well hopefully 🕺🏻🕺🏻🕺🏻

I know what you mean, I'm on week 8 now and this whole process has kept me so focussed that I'm frightened I will suddenly not know what to do after graduation lol

Well done on being on wk8.....it’s fab isn’t it!!! I just hope I have the discipline to keep it going, I can’t say that I am totally enjoying running but I know that I feel much healthier and my body had changed shape a little.....maybe that will be the motivation......good luck with your next run 😀
