Week 5 in the bag, can’t believe I can run for 20 mins. Although I go slower when ‘running’ than walking, is this normal?

It is totally fine, don't worry about that, as long as you are doing a running type motion it makes no difference on the speed you go.

Congratulations on breaking the psychological barrier that is week 5 run 3, now all you have to do is keep repeating the follow:

If I can run for 20 minutes, I can run for 25,

If I can run for 25 minutes, I can run for 28,

If I can run for 28 minutes then I can run for 30,

If I can run for 30 minutes then I can graduate.

Congratulations on completing run 3 of week 5, that is a milestone run with C25K, onwards and upwards to week 6 run 1 but be careful about that run as it catches out some people with the interval walks and runs after the non stop 20 minutes of W5R3 which you have just ran.

Like the post from LeeU. It could continue with

Once I graduate I can eventually run a 5K, not necessary in 30 minutes. 😊 🏃
