20 Mins Non Stop!

That went by so fast! The beginning was slow but I still enjoyed it and I know the return would be down hill so I held on to hope. It was fantastic! I did it! It was more of a jog than a full on run but I am so happy right now! Did I just do that? I did!!!! Thank you guys. Knowing that I would write this post also kept popping up as I run and helped me get over the mental block of "am I tired right now?" πŸ˜‚ (Full disclosure: I had chips and 250ml of a light beer yesterday maybe that helped fuel me today too. Not recommended though πŸ˜‰)

Well done - it's a great feeling isn't it. I assume it was w5r3? If I may, be careful of w6r1 as it is a sneaky little fella. All the adrenaline and jubilation of w5r3 carries you up to w6 and the gremlins change their tack.

Rather than saying you can't do it, they say 'of course you can do this, it's easy compared to w5, go on, go for it, why not go really fast?'. Turns out a whole bunch of us struggled on w6r1 because it isn't as easy as the gremlins want you to believe.

So, slow and steady as ever wins the race. You have done amazing so far, you _will_ rock w6, and congratulations on a very significant milestone :-).

Thank you. Yes I just completed Week 5 Run 3. I'll be looking out for those gremlins on my next run now. I did already start thinking that Wk6R1 (with walking in between!) sounded like a breeze. πŸ˜… Those gremlins don't waste any time.
