Continuing on from my last update, well; that really was a surprise!! Rather than concentrating on the minutes, I found it a lot easier to think “ah, just up to Sue and Charlie’s “, or “I’ll be running 🏃‍♀️ past so and so’s house - so they’ll actually see me running this time rather than wondering why I’m walking with strange sports clothes on” !!

I found that the start of the second run was a little difficult to get into stride - a few new niggles, but once I found my pace again it was fine. I had my companion with me today!

Very well done.. distraction can often be the way to success.. you may see that from all my past rambling posts.. lovely pikkie and great location.. It looks... flat :) Sigh!

Onward and upward, steady and slow :)

Nest way to do it. Break down into little chunks and celebrate each one. Up to the next tree, around the next corner, etc.

Oh to run where it is flat. Lucky you!
